We had our home listed for some time and hired realtors for reputable companies in the El Paso, TX are to sell our home.  The realtors were aggressive when they first listed our home and then seemed to become complacent, which caused our home to be on the market much longer than expected. Tammy worked swiftly to provide us with a comparative market analysis to list our home at an appropriate price.  During our initial meeting, Tammy took diligent notes regarding our expectations and our bottom-line for selling our single-family home. We informed Tammy that one of our primary expectations was to have active communication with our realtor.  Tammy was on-time for all of our meetings and did everything that she promised to do during our initial listing meeting.  Ms. Karch aggressively marketed our home in both online and printed publications.
Tammy would communicate with us at least two times a week to inform us of how many viewings we had on our home via the MLS and how many times our home was physically shown each week. When we did receive offers, Tammy provided us with the offer promptly and would provide us with feedback on whether the offer was reasonable.  As a master with the contract negotiations, Tammy produced a quality offer that was good for us and made the buyer happy as well … despite all the new homes that affected the overall market in our area.  Ms. Karch knows the El Paso and Horizon like the back of her hand and clearly understands the real estate market trends. Due to her attention to detail, there is nothing that escapes Tammy’s attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.
